Expected Response Times

Rough ETAs by type. We try to do better, and usually do for anything urgent.

Bug Reports

24–48 hours typically. Anything affecting data accuracy or gameplay tracking jumps the queue and often gets a same-day reply.

Billing & Subscriptions

Same business day whenever possible. Payment disputes and refund requests get priority.

General Inquiries

2–3 business days. Partnership proposals can take longer since we actually read them.

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we get asked the most. Worth a glance before you send an email.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Open account settings, go to Billing, click "Cancel Subscription." Premium features stay active until your billing period ends. After that you're back on the free tier with full access to the free tools.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Open an issue on GitHub. Include the tool you were using, the username or profile if it's relevant, and what went wrong. For features, tell us what you want and what problem it solves. We read all of them.
Is my Minecraft data safe with SkyTools?
Yes. SkyTools only reads public data from the Hypixel API. We never ask for your Minecraft password or login. Profile data (inventory, skills, collections) is fetched on demand and not stored long-term. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Email support@skytools.app with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the email tied to your account. We process these within 7 business days and confirm once your data is gone.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions are non-refundable per the Refund Policy. Try the free tier first to see if SkyTools is what you want. If a technical issue is blocking you from using paid features, email billing support and we'll sort it out.
How can I contribute to SkyTools?
Bug reports and feature ideas on GitHub help. Joining the Discord for discussion and beta tests helps. If you're a developer, pull requests are open. Feedback on existing tools is just as useful as code, every note moves something.

Before You Reach Out

Tell us the tool, the page URL, the username or profile (if relevant), and what actually went wrong. That's enough for us to reproduce the problem on the first try instead of going back and forth. For background on the product, the About page has the rest.
