You must be at least 13 years old to use SkyTools. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

SkyTools is a community-built web toolkit for Hypixel SkyBlock players. It provides market data, player statistics, calculators, and planning tools using publicly available data from the Hypixel API.

You may use many SkyTools features without an account. Creating an account gives you access to personalized features such as alerts, portfolio tracking, and higher usage limits.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• One account per person — do not create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• You may link a Minecraft account via MC-ID OAuth — you are responsible for ensuring you are the legitimate owner of the linked account

SkyTools offers optional paid plans (Starter at $5.99/month and Pro at $9.99/month) that unlock additional features such as faster data updates, more alerts, and extended price history.

• Payments are processed securely by Polar
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• All payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months, unused time, or downgrades
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers

SkyTools allows you to connect third-party accounts to enhance your experience:

SkyTools is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access SkyTools at high volume
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or feature restrictions
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of SkyTools
• Use the service to harass, impersonate, or harm other users
• Redistribute SkyTools data in a competing product without permission
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities — please report them to us instead

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

SkyTools provides market data, prices, and statistics for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is correct, complete, or up-to-date.

• Price data is fetched from the Hypixel API and may be delayed or inaccurate
• Profit calculations, trend signals, and predictions are estimates — not financial advice
• In-game economies are volatile and can change without notice
• You make all trading and investment decisions at your own risk

The SkyTools name, logo, design, and original code are owned by SkyTools. Hypixel SkyBlock game data, item names, textures, and related assets are the property of their respective owners.

Item textures are provided by Furfsky Reborn — all texture credits go to the Furfsky team. Player head images are provided by MC-Heads.

SkyTools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any losses resulting from use of market data or price predictions
• We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions
• We are not liable for actions taken by Hypixel that affect API availability or game mechanics
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months
