Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All subscription payments to SkyTools are final and non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months, unused time, downgrades, or any other reason. Please consider this before subscribing.

Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Polar. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel. Your subscription tier (Starter at $5.99/month or Pro at $9.99/month) determines your access level and rate limits.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • No prorated refunds are issued for the remaining time in your billing period
  • You can resubscribe at any time to regain access

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, your SkyTools account may be immediately suspended or terminated. If you believe there was a billing error, please contact us first at contact@skytools.app so we can resolve the issue directly.
